“Maybe I got a bad batch of the Whipped Body Butters but both of these scents have an awful stinky smell. I’ve ordered them before and they didn’t smell this way so that’s why I’m thinking these weren’t fresh and maybe I received an outdated batch.”
“I wasn't quite satisfied with my order. When my order arrived it wasn't want I original ordered. In fact, it was overloaded with soaps when I had ordered a few soaps, along with facial products and deodorant. I sent an email to the company (Herbneden) and explain my concern. They ask me to show them a picture via email to see the order when I did I got no response from the company. At that time, I had to go a little future to get a refund which as of this review I haven't got a refund. In these days and times I don't have money to waste. It is a pandemic and people are hurting for money.”
“I really like the concept of this business, but these soaps aren't for me. I purchased two of the mini soap sampler packs a few months ago. Of the 8, I've tried 3: Oatmeal Honey, Activated Charcoal, and Rosewater Keifer & Lavendar. They all made me itchy, unfortunately. I don't think I'll be using the other 5 or purchasing any more soaps from this company. Sorry.”
