“Hi , I am shopping with farfetch regularly and visit your vesite time to time and i love the verity of product what you carry , one big problem is there and that is the shipping charge .the benefit of farfetch is the free delivery and in your vebsite the delivery charge is much more then actual . in our country duty is 5 % but you charge somehow 15 % .shipping charge 3 time compare others . difficult to shop. thank you”

Dear Mahmood, Our shipping charges reflect the weight of the contents and distance the parcel has to travel, in your case to the UAE. We do however deduct all VAT from orders placed outside of the EU to the value of 20%, as well as offer frequent free shipping promotions which we communicate to customers on our mailing list and across our website. If you had used our free shipping code you would have received free shipping on your order. We hope you will return to Hervia in the near future to shop with us again. Dear Zach, we had a list of names chosen from successful entrants in our online Yeezy raffle, who were given the opportunity to purchase the trainers on our website. We have no trace of you on our list, and due to the extreme limited quantity of these shoes, were unable to offer everyone the chance to purchase them. Regards Hervia CS.
