“Hervia Customer Service, Louis in particular, had a total of 10 responses to each and every one of my emails. If that doesn't represent a resolve to working with a customer, I'm not sure what does. They seem more than adequately equipped to communicate with consumers.”

“In my honest opinion Hervia is one of the best high end shopping locations in Manchester. It is located in the centre of town so is very convenient to get to but is just off the high street giving a quieter and more delicate atmosphere. They have a very wide stock of several high end brands at good prices for those brands. The staff are rather helpful in assistance and the products themselves are of the upmost quality. I would highly recommend shopping there to anyone.”
