“I placed my order last Friday, it arrived NY on Tuesday. Ever since it's being held at custom. DHL website said they needed more information from sender. I sent 2 emails to Hervia customer service, they said nothing they can do. Then I called DHL, asked them what information they need, they asked me what's in the package, I said a t-shirt, they said will contact me if they need more. For the past 3 days, I called DHL for status, still no update, it's Friday today. The issue is still not solved yet, I will call DHL Monday. I think it's bad communication between Hervia and DHL.”

“Tax discount is a great feature. Love it and makes me want to buy from you guys more. I didnt have to pay custom import fees when you guys shipped my order to NZ which was weird. I like it though. Was able to save around 200 NZD!”

“I want lots of choice of clothing of some fashion designers and I have to say that hervia from this point of view satisfies my need. Sure, you can improve the site for size information, as other sites like Mr. Porter, but in total it remains a staple of esteem ... great”

“Order a pair of shoes for my son, came on the right day, but they sent me the wrong size, with some one else details in the box, am now waiting for you to resolve this, communication was quite bad as well, just hoping my item comes, for what I paid for, as my son is still waiting on his birthday present.”
