“The shoes are great if you get the right ones. Unfortunately they have several called the Wally and they are not the same. I tried to exchange for the soft Wallys like I had before and they would not do it. Morgan S in customer service would not help and could care less that they lost a loyal customer. Its ashame when companies start getting to big and stop caring about the customers. Buyers beware.”

We have recently seized our exchange process and now only process refunds for any return received - unless you have spoken with our customer service team regarding an order. “I buy Hey Dude shoes for my son in law who is very particular about his footwear. He has been wearing them for years now and we worry that his world will collapse if ever there comes a time when he can't get them. Phew - that's not this year - Santa will be bringing a lovely new pair for under the tree.”

“My disabled friend loves these shoes and wears them always. Easy to get on, very comfortable and good grip for him. That the company will recycle them ethically and give me a discount off the next pair is excellent. Quick delivery and communication, really cannot fault them at all!”

“I love the Hey dude summer shoes I already have so ordered some boots but unfortunately they are not for me as I need laces to tighten them up or they are not comfortable on me.”
