“Bought a pair 4 years ago and they lasted 3 years. I like that you can recycle your old shoes back to Hey Dude. Very easy and simple process. These shoes are my go to summer, hot weather shoes. Light weight,comfy and no breaking in needed. I can spend all day walking around in these shoes. Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered my sandals June 2nd and still haven't received them. I even sent emails with response of you all have had problems when they go through Chicago Illinois and still haven't received them”

“All I wanted was a pair of Hey Dudes. My brother and sister-in-law bought them for me for Mother’s Day… then life happened. My mom ended up having heart surgery mid-May and it didn’t go well and my son is getting married in 2 weeks. We are working so hard to get her well and it’s a heavy load to carry. I missed the deadline to exchange my shoes because I simply wanted another color. Hey Dude responded by saying that they were sorry, but that there was nothing they could do to help. I had literally just had the shoes for 30 days because they were a gift, and I never even put them on my feet. As excited as I was to have a pair of Hey Dudes, I don’t even want to pair anymore. For a company to be that large and have such poor customer service just makes me sad. I was so excited when I finally had a minute to take care of it. I couldn’t wait to get my shoes and now I have a pair that will collect dust in the closet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because although I love the shoe, I wouldn’t support the company.”

“This is my fourth pair of Hey Dude Shoes, they're very comfortable and easy to wear plus I love the bright colour options. While all the other Hey Dudes I've purchased we're 5*, this pair is just slightly looser, probably because I usually pick the shoe options with more elastic material.”
