Usual size 11 in this case a lot smaller , not happy to have to pay to return the shoes should be free returns if shoes vary in size how do you know what will fit if not all standard size. Actual quality of dude shoes are of very high standards though so will buy again but maybe through a different outlet that does free returns

Very pleased with delivery and quality but disappointed with returns procedure. Could not download Royal Mail returns form. Consequentially it cost £8.80 to return the shoes.
