I waited for a response, and despite not receiving one, I decided to go ahead and purchase the belt from their website. To this day, 10 days after the purchase, the belt has not arrived. I reached out to them again, but once more, I received no reply.
Now, 15 days have passed, and I still have no response and no belt. I cannot comment on whether their product is good, but this is certainly not the way to treat customers. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.”
