“I am delighted with the advice and attention shown me during the interviews with the staff on both occasions while being assessed for the hearing aids. After six months wearing the hearing Aids recommended I am glad I chose Hidden Hearing and will recommend your company to all my friends.”

“A lengthy hearing test about 1 hours and he said I will buy the behind ear type.The cost start £2900 to £7000 !!! I want to" In ear" type because I cannot to put "behind ear "type for a stroke leaving no feeling on my side. The ad is wrong " every pensioner snap up brilliant for new hearing aid". I will meeting any pensioned to buy this Aid for price. and the ad it a con ? The Audiolist, call Roy,was a nice man but he cannot a proper hearing test for me because my ears full of wax.I was a hearing test next day for a local hearing shop and refuse my test because the wax !.”

“My appointment was with mr John Rowlands. He was very thorough and courteous. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was very impressed with the service. I will be contacting John in the near future to discuss ordering hearing aids.”

“FROM THE ONSET OF HAVING MY HEARING TEST I HAVE AWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONASLISM OF THE STAFF ,AND THE DETAIL AND ADVICE GIVEN AT EACH CONSULTATION AND THE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS ONCE I RECIEVED MY H/AIDS. VERY GOOD OVERALL SERVICE...C.”

“I can’t believe what a difference my new aids have made to my life. It has opened up my world. I now go to my fitness classes, the theatre, pictures and i now have such a great social life i will be forever grateful to Elaine Norris and all the lovely staff for giving me my life back.”

“Hidden Hearing contacted me recently to say that I should have an annual hearing test and that Georgina Leggatt would call me to arrange a test and service my hearing aids. This worked very well and I am delighted (and relieved) to know that my hearing has not deteriorated over the past 12 months. Good service ! Many thanks. Pat Baldwin.”
