“Staff are always polite and helpful. Home service is excellent. Shame the reason I purchased the HH hearing aids was to be able to have a conversation when there was high background noise. Hearing aids only increase the background noise level.”

“Tallal Ashraf came to my home to do a 6 monthly check of my hearing aids which are now working much better. He is friendly and very efficient.”

“The gentleman who conducted the interview was very thorough and I was impressed. Only after he had left did I realise that the hearing aids had not been tested with regard to the TV or Radio which could have been useful. The cost was high for me and I must look into NHS alternatives in the future.”

“I had an excellent appointment , was made very welcome by all staff. The audiologist was extremely thorough in his examination and in the explanation of my hearing problem . I was very pleased with the outcome and I am also glad I chose Hidden Hearing . Thank you .”

“I have tried other Companies and their products. Your Service toward Customer is first class. Your Representative was friendly and easy to talk to. Short of sounding Patronising the Hearing Aid that was chosen was probably one of the best buys that I’ve made. Fred Cummings.”
