“Chloe came to my home and was endlessly patient and answered all my questions to that I could understand them. Not easy as I am 84 years old and fading. If I had more use of the aids I would have gone ahead but on a golf course or bike, I did not have the spare cash to make it worth while. Many thanks for your services. Nick”

“My ears were tested and they were fine it was so quick and easy just sit down have your ears plugged and just wait for a noise and press the button and the person they sent out was very polit and talks you through everything and did not take long i would recommend that you should get ears tested you need hearing like you need your eyes p.field bromsgrove”

“As usual, Darren Newman arrived spot on time and was very professional. He is always polite and treats me as an individual, being aware of my own personal needs. He always goes the extra mile and puts me at ease. He is a great asset to your company. However, I have mentioned to Darren that my wife has had problems when ringing the main office and I feel that this rather lets the company down, as first impressions are important.”

“I attended Hidden Hearing in Wandsworth, London SW18. The test was very competently carried out and the biology of the ear fully explained. I tried the latest model of the Oticon hearing aid to see how it improved my hearing.”
