“Very promising start but now our rep has completely disappeared and no response from the local office. The aids themselves need adjustment . We are Coming to conclusion that switch to Hidden Hearing from local Healthy Hearing is turning out to be throwing good money after bad !! James Freeland”

“The explanations were v clear,he was v. Patientwhen I obviously didn't quite understand & repeated instructions in a slightly different way until I did.however I feel a written paper with pictures showing exactly where things should be put would reduce my anxiety I was doing tHings wrong.I am still not confident over changing things,yet feel I need to clean etc.”

“From initially making an appointment to the completion of the test, Hidden Hearing sent confirmation with all the directions to the office. Angela was welcoming and the test took the hour estimated which made this a reassuring appointment. I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.”

“very thorough in the initial test resulting in my placing an order however on his return with the hearing aids I didn't realize the difficulty in using them with regards to my fitting them in my ears, resulting in me reluctantly cancelling my order.”

“Very helpful receptionist, provided me with all the information i needed regarding the telephones. The audiologist lilly was very helpful, charming, and certainly went out of her way to provide me with some excellent hearing aids. She initially asked me numerous questions about my hearing the results were substantiated from the very comprehensive hearing test to enable me to be fitted with suitable hearing aids.”
