“Thorough re-test of hearing, all explained well. Device serviced. Asked for information on getting a remote control/connecting aids to TV Oticon box. Advice given but no follow up, also made further visit to the office and no follow-up. Sorted problem myself on basis of advice given, so only a minor matter.”
