“The audiologist who I saw both at home and at the surgery was knowledgeable in explaining all the benefits of the hearing aids and how they could be adjusted to my particular hearing loss. The hearing aids I now have are an improvement on three counts over others I had been trialing.”

“Chloe is enormously patient & has the knack of the right approach with my mother. Mother really needed to update her aid but was v reluctant. Mother now has a brand new wonderfully functioning aid which despite Mother’s initial reluctance to accept the aid I’m sure it will be of great value to her. Thank you Chloe.”

“Hidden Hearing helped me to hear again in such a way that it was a life changing experience. My hearing had deteriorated to the point where I was withdrawing subliminally from conversation, avoiding to meet people or engage in simple day-day small talk with my wife, family and friends or whilst shopping. Answering the telephone was avoided always. Now thanks to Hidden Hearing and the wonderful, patient, understanding and support which I received from Jane Lennon I can hear probably better now than I have done for more than 10 years the difference has been so significant. Thank you Jane.”
