Arrived at the booked time. Well dressed rather flashy. Conducted my test resulting in the need to have my hearing corrected. Demonstrated only one aid. Would have liked to have a choice of manufacturers. Awaiting delivery and fitting due on Friday 22 Feb. He had not brought his credit card machine
