“The appointment was well arranged.The Hidden Hearing gentleman arrived on time, He was very efficient in carrying out the examination and retest, checked and cleaned both ear pieces, no great problems, he did alter the volume,which l find satisfoctory. It was a very good retest, He did also call me to check that all is satisfactory with the new adjustment.”

“My hearing was poorer than it had been, so I had a hearing test, which showed my hearing had not got worse. My problem was ME not cleaning the volume holes. When I read the instruction book, I didn't read and remember as much as I should have done!!!”

“I have had your hearing aids for about a year now and paid £1500 so not cheap. Right ear has been fine but left ear has had numerous problems and been sent back to you several times for repair, this takes at least 2 weeks. This aid has been out of my ear more than in, should this carry on I will deem these as not fit for purpose and will require free upgrade or refund. Look forward to your reply Terry Newman”

“The hearing examiner was very professional and knowledgeable. I might add that I appreciated her comments regarding my hearing test and it's results. At this time as a retired person I couldn't possibly afford to purchase "inside the ear" hearing aides at 4000 pounds. I don't want the option of "over the ear" hearing aids. There are many companies offering very high tech hearing aids at much more reasonable prices.”
