“Was not at all impressed with trial hearing aids. Parvindar could only repeat five words after the test and the audiologist said that she will have to re-train her hearing skills. We did not have any such problem with another company. Sorry but not efficient.”

“David is marvelous. He is extremely polite and takes the time to explain even the minor of detail to ensure I have fully understood. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and he always keeps his promise and recently went over and above to ensure my hearing aid, needling to be repaired was back with me in three days, rather than two weeks, which was the anticipated timescale. He is an absolute credit to Hidden Hearing and I would not want to be seen by any one else”
