“Hello, not sure how this happened but my wife phoned for a voucher to exchange for a free hearing aid and then we had a home visit which was fine, though I was very worried about tests etc. Then she had to pay £1600, less £2 and now we will be having some serious cash flow problems. to balance life with. We are both on small pensions and have to try and keep going to earn enough to pay bills with the small farm and holiday let. I am hearing a lot more but still getting used to them. John was an excellent person to do tests and fittings etc....more time will tell me the true value”

“I have had 2 meetings with Ben of Hidden Hearing. Both were very satisfactory and I placed an order for hearing aids which to date are very satisfactory. A further service call has been scheduled for 3 weeks time. Whilst initial impressions are very satisfactory it is too early to go further than this.”

“These small hearing aids are wonderful. The first time in ages i can hear background, even my cat purring! For me, it is so easy to pop them in and out, eg like this morning at the hairdressers.”

“Had a problem with my hearing aid late one night ( after 4:00pm) . Rang up and was seen the next day. Problem was fixed literally within five minutes. To draw service.”
