“I was very impressed with the hearing test but the price put me off£3000-300 my brother who lives in Plymouth only paid £2500-00 for the same hearing aids”

“My experience at Hidden Hearing was first class and has improved my hearing ten fold. The staff were so helpful and understanding to my hearing loss and managed to give me my hearing back to what it was before my hearing deteriorated. “my appointment was at the Peterborough Branch ,I was seen by a lady called Helen .The tests were carried out in a very professional manner. the hearing aids I purchased were expensive, and not within everyones reach . but to me they were worth the cost ,being able to join in a conversation”

“I had my hearing test in Sudbury. The room was quite inadequate as I could only hear the traffic outside. The audiologist was also klicking around in high heels, which was also very unhelpful. I was expecting to be in a sound proof booth. I was very disappointed and thought the whole experience was a complete waste of my time. I was also unhappy at not being able to have a copy of my results. Patricia Ward. Sudbury”
