“I think I am hearing a little better since Victoria visited me, but it is not very good in a social situation where the sssss sounds are exaggerated and rather drown out lower frequency noises which makes picking up conversation difficult.”

“I had an excellent appointment with Jane. She fully explained the changes in my hearing aid and provided an aid memoire should I have any problems in the future. I have always had an excellent rapport with all staff at this centre and am treated with great care and consideration.”

“The employee who visited me was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. But I was surprised by one comment. When I said my left ear was never quite comfortable she said that it was because my left ear was a little out of place-no problem, but I would have expected the aid to have adjusted to that. if they are individually made Can anything be done about this?”
