“I've always received my order promptly and safely. The quality is as advertised and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Their YouTube channel is very fun and informative. I highly recommend Two Way Mirrors for all your specialty glass needs.”
James! Thank you so much - It's awesome to put a name to the face in our comments on YouTube. :) So excited that you like the mirrors and took the time to share your experience.
“The client and I were very pleased with the product. The TV and mirror are good quality and met our expectations. Thank you very much, Steven Stilwell”
“To be perfectly transparent, it isn’t clear to me how long ago I purchased this glass. However, the length of time it took for this email to arrive sheds some light on the issue. Just to be clear, the glass is exactly what I wanted. But this review process is a little opaque.”
Ariel,
Thank you for letting us know! It's true, we are working on customer service to continue to improve our process. I'm sorry it took so long to reach out.
Takayuki,
Oh no! I see that you had ordered in the past when free shipping was available. Please feel free to contact me via email for a quote request to triple check the shipping rate - Hawaii is sometimes tricky.
“Great products and quality, but a little too pricey. A local place sold me the two way glass and acrylic significantly cheaper. The frame was excellent though and i loved it, but also expensive. Much cheaper to do it myself. For a DIY project, cost is important.”
Isaiah,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! There are many costs associated with storing a high volume of glass and acrylic so we can deliver super fast with a really high quality. Local glass shops may or may not stock these items for quick delivery. I'd love to see pictures sometime of your completed project/gift! :)

“Mirror was great!
My main piece of feedback is that the shipping costs for the mirror film that I bought was exorbitant. I can understand that shipping an actual glass mirror would be costly, but a roll of film?”
Magnus,
Thank you for the positive feedback! I did check into this and the film is very difficult package without creasing it, so we do ship it in a tube which is more expensive. I know it does seem strange since it is not fragile in the way that glass is.

Magnus,
Thank you for the feedback! I just checked into this and I know it seems strange, but it is quite difficult to package film without denting or creasing it. So we do ship it in a tube which is more expensive than standard packaging.
