I purchased a JBL speaker from Hifi Corp on the 11th June 2025, speaker states clearly 20hrs playtime, my husband got crossed questioned in a rude manner and he ends the call by telling husband he is not the customer. Kevin from Hifi Corp has been so accommodating and trying to assist in the best way, I would expect the same from the JBL rep.”
