The whole staff did not know where he is. we waiting almost 30 minutes and no apology was made. Name of the manager is Zweli.”
“I waited 5 days for delivery after receiving a sms that it had been collected, and when I phoned I was told that I must contact Aramex, giving me the waybill number. The recording on the call said I must check online and there it said it has been delivered. I had to phone again and was told that the waybill didn't have any contact details on. So how does Aramex take a parcel with no contact details on and why didn't Hi-Fi Corp not complete the waybill?”
