“I had a fridge delivered on Monday, 9th December 2024. On opening the packing we noticed that there was damage on the side. I logged a complaint the same day. It has now been a week since the delivery/complaint was made and to date not one person has bothered to contact me in any way to provide any sort of feedback or advise on replacement. When you call customer care, the phone just rings and rings without answer. It is absolutely useles. On the online chat service, all they keep saying is: "it has been escalated." This is really the worst after sales service I have ever received. What a shame on you. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from Hi-Fi Corporation.”

“I have received the worst customer service at the Cresta branch. I bought a fridge on a Thursday and I was told it would be delivered by Saturday. I called on Sunday to enquire about it and I was told I would definitely get it on Monday, today. I just called the store and I was told they can only deliver it tomorrow. I have no idea if this fridge will be delivered or not. I have paid for the delivery. I honestly encourage others to not bother buying anything here.”
“I placed an order for an oven on 27 November 2024. (ORDER NUMBER. **********91). After 5 working days I called to enquire, the lady was rude and said the order would be delivered the following day, which never happened. Two days later I received a message stating the order would be delivered 28 November 2024. Ironic, I received the message on 3 November 2024, It's shocking.”

Calling customer service is a totally waste of time, the consultants no nothing about the delivery and dont even have their numbers, they dont even bother to call the delivery department to check what is happening with thw order. I sent email simce the ticket was logged no one responded. I regrets buying from this store, their online service is horrible.”

Nothing arrived and then the next day same sms, I then called them yesterday and made a complaint and all I got was another sms to say complaint logged and still no delivery!!! And they will follow-up with warehouse and call me- Its the 4th today and still recieved no call no communication or my product already paid!!!!!!!
