Hifi Corp Fouways Crossing I was assisted by salesperson Sydwell Ramaphosa at Fourways. He was so friendly and helpful and went our of his way to make sure I was happy with the speaker I was purchasing. Even the ladies at the till was just as helpful and friendly. I enjoyed shopping at your store.

Kwanele Magongo has been a wonderful salesman. His customer service is very perfect he made to back just after a day to collect my laybuy. He is excellent.

The appliances are great and all that, but the manager has attitude on customers. It's like she doesn't assist at all. There is no clear communication. We paid and alerted them we'll collect the following week but nothing was arranged when we got there. You are treated like you didn't pay for the items. Worst of all it is the manager doing this and the stuff members are nice and sweet. Rosebank Mall

Don't buy a tv from Hi-Fi corp they have no after care service. Mine was booked for repair on 27/06/2023 and until today 14/07/2023 nothing happened. I received a message this morning that it is resolved and when I phoned to let them know that it is not the lady said I must hold on and just dropped the call. Don't buy a tv from them.

I’d like to commend Austin Govender on his excellent customer service received. I went in inquiring about a laptop and was amazed with his excellent product knowledge. He is definitely an asset to HiFi Corp. I will definitely recommend Austin to my friends and family.

I received exceptional customer service from the sales person, Austin Govender. He had a vast knowledge of the store and its brands. He was able to advise accordingly. I am definitely haply with the service i received.

I had the worst experience in the Promenade Mall store today.When I went to pay the cashier was serving another customer and she was friendly and they were chatting.When it was my time she did not acknowledge me and started chatting with her colleague for a moment and started making photocopies while I’m just standing there.When asked to assist me and I was running late she was so rude.She did not even email my invoice and this is not the first time this has happened in that branch.I have been a loyal customer for years but it’s unfortunate to be treated like second class citizen probably because of my ethnicity.Very disappointed

Good day I had the worst experience of my life with an insurance claim and service delivery. With insurance I asked for a debit card because you can choose between this and a gift voucher. On the list where I can use my card from insurance was Hifi Corp - the nearest to me was Secunda. At first I called and spoke to a lady which told me that they do not except the card and I asked for the Manager he did not want to speak to me and I heard what he told her that she must tell me that they do accept the card. I asked the lady to take my stuff and keep it as I will drive through the next day to pay and fetch it. On 05/07/2023 I drove through to Secunda. I went to the store at 14:15. At first everyone was lying on the counters not assisting anybody and not acknowledging me. So I clapped my fingers and asked sjoe you guys theres no client service here..I asked for Dudu who was extremely friendly and helpful and called me on my name as she was very friendly. I then paid for me tv and during this time another lady was at the till and she went on lunch while busy with my transaction. When Dudu tried to log in the computer was locked so they tried calling the cashier but could not get hold of her and the computer at the till is locked. I had to wait for her to come back from lunch to be assisted. At 16:19 she came back and I could finish the payment then they needed the tv license which was sent through to my phone from my son who is staying with me in my house. Then they could not print the copies because their system is very slow keeping me waiting. Eventually they printed the ID. Only then did they tell me that the tv must be opened by them to scan with me for scratches, or any faults. This happened at 16:45. Then the box was sealed again and I reqeusted the lady at the till to apologise to me and if not I am going to report her she did not and just glared at me, I requested again and she kept on glaring so I told her I am going to report her and I am a secret shopper. She was on her cell during this time. Dudu took it upon her to apologise to me in a very respectful manner and I salute her for that. Then me and Dudu had to carry a tv, soundbar and an airfryer on our own to my car. I am 63 years olf. All the other personal just stood and looked at us. Please if this is the way clients are being treated you are loosing a lot of clients. There was another lady whom nobody assisted she looked at me and only shooked her head. I then asked her it I may assist her- did this in order to wake up the personal- all but Dudu whom was busy with me. They did not grasp the terrible situation and carried on with what they were busy with. I could not see he name but I took a photo. Please sort this out. This was terrible client service and I am very very disappointed with the attitude. Dudu was excellent. I can send you a photo of the lady sitting down if you would need that.

I was welcomed by a friendly lady Roseanne who was very polite and courteous and helped me with what I needed to know and buy .it feels nice being helped with a smile and friendly manner .I would definitely go there again.baillito junction hifi corp

Excellent customer from Kenolin Govender. He helped me from the start and checked up with me every five 20 - 30 seconds to see if we still good. You guys need more scintillating people to represent your brand.
