“Hi,
Hope you are well because truly I am not...
I am an extremely disappointed customer.
I moved in to my new place and was promised delivery on Monday.
With high expectations, I was let down by a delivery person who called after 17:00 saying that there was a breakdown and delivery will not being done today... I bought all my essential appliances from you and paid cash.
If I was not promised delivery for Monday, I would have taken my business elsewhere! You guys promised but did not deliver! Very disappointed!”
“The service I received was exceptionally wonderful from a young lady called Gontse ☺️ she was very polite and welcoming. It was such a delight being assisted by her.”
“I recently bought a smartphone from Musina Hificorp and had a great experience. Murendeni helped me pick the right model and explained all the features. He also threw in some tips on how to get the most out of my new phone. Price was competitive, and I'm loving my new phone. Would definitely go back to Musina Hificorp for more electronics.”
“Mark from hificorp Clearwater mall was outstanding in his knowledge of products and helped me out so much. I hope that hificorp understands what a amazing employee they have.”
