“Delivery has been out for delivery all day. Worst mistake ever to purchase something from them online. You have to experience such bad service to know to never do it again!”
“I am extremely disappointed with the service from Hi Corp. I purchased a bed that was delivered on the 3rd of December, only to find out it was the wrong size. I lodged a complaint on the 4th, received a reference number, and was asked to send pictures, which I did.
It’s now the 25th of December, and I am still sitting with the incorrect bed. Despite following up, there has been no resolution. This level of poor service and lack of urgency is unacceptable.
I expected better from Hi Corp and will think twice before making another purchase. I hope my experience encourages better service for future customers.”

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from HiFi Corp. I purchased a Toshiba TV on 5 December 2024, and after waiting over a week, it was finally delivered on 13 December—with a broken screen!
I immediately lodged a complaint and was given a reference number, but since then, it’s been total silence. No updates, no clarity on next steps, and no resolution in sight.
This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I’m entitled to a product that’s in good condition, or a refund, under the Consumer Protection Act. I’ve been patient, but this issue needs to be resolved NOW.
HiFi Corp, do better. When can I expect my TV to be replaced or my money refunded?

“I had a fridge delivered on Monday, 9th December 2024. On opening the packing we noticed that there was damage on the side. I logged a complaint the same day. It has now been a week since the delivery/complaint was made and to date not one person has bothered to contact me in any way to provide any sort of feedback or advise on replacement. When you call customer care, the phone just rings and rings without answer. It is absolutely useles. On the online chat service, all they keep saying is: "it has been escalated." This is really the worst after sales service I have ever received. What a shame on you. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from Hi-Fi Corporation.”
