“Waste of your money and time. They don't deliver and they don't communicate with the customers. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 31 December 2025. I haven't received my order and I didn't get any communication from them about the delayed order. I'll never ever buy from them”

“My aunt and I went to buy a laptop and an ice maker, and the service was extremely disappointing. We stood in the store for almost 3 hours with no proper assistance. After going home, we heard nothing for 3 days, so we called โ only to be told the paperwork wasnโt done, even though staff had said it was.
When we returned, we had to wait another 4 hours. We were then asked to pay a deposit that was never explained to us, but we paid just to finally get our items. Later, we discovered the invoice didnโt even include the ice maker we had purchased. When we went back, no one knew anything about it.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish โ poor communication, long waiting times, hidden costs, and missing items. do not shop here!!!”
