“WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. If u're planning to purchase anything @ Hifi corp, please do not do it online. I bought a fridge online on the black Friday special on the 26th of November, received a msg on the same day saying my fridge will be delivered on the 29th of November. It wasn't delivered. Got another 1 saying it will be delivered on 03 Dec, again never delivered. I made countless calls to them. At some point my order was "on the way" and eventually "my issue was being handled and was escalated to management". On Dec 22 I get a call from 1 of their agents saying they don't have that specific fridge in stock, they offered another 1. I finally got my fridge on the 28th of December. I don't know why their system does not pick up items that are not in stock because this is not the 1st time I purchased something only to be told it's out of stock. The only difference is they called and told me the 1st time, instead of lying for a whole month. Their customer service is the worst.”

I even launched a complaint on the 2nd December. Still nothing. Every time I phone, the agents send an email. Like there's literally more than 10 calls I made. No feedback, no product”

Phoning is a complete waste of time as noone answers when transferred to "the correct department". Then I'm told by the receptionist she will find out and call me back. - still waiting. “Never agaon will I buy from HIFI Corp online.
I bought a wall fan that had obviously been a return as the packaging in the box was torn and the name plate had a dirty mark that was difficult to remove. They didn't have the courtesy to call me or contact me in any way. Then one fay a courier rocks up to collect the fan. No proor warning and no exchange unit.
I still have the fan as I wasn't going to return it without a guarantee that I would get a new one or get a full refund. In future I will stick with Takealot.”
“WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Please do yourself a favour and NEVER order anything from HiFi Corp!!! I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the bad service and incompetence. After waiting 3 weeks for a television that was advertised on their website, I have spend hours on the phone with their customer service. Every time I spend 30 minutes, just to hear that ‘someone will come back to me’. Nobody ever does. They are advertising stock online of things that they do not have.
It is currently 20 days since I placed my order, I still have no tracking number, no feedback, no communication.”

I am scammed R2500 (order: 500348246) by this shop. The FALSE advertisement is still there on their website, and they keep on accepting money over products they don't have in stock, again they don't want to refund.
This should be reported to: (ADVERTISING REGULATORY BOARD) for false ads that are used to scam.
I repeat, NEVER BUY ONLINE STUFF FROM THIS SHOP.”
“I regret buying from HifiCorp...I bought JVC 55 Smart TV in March 2020 at one of HiFiCorp stores, which was also insured for 1 year however the TV is currently malfunctioning. Yesterday the 9th of September I brought back the TV at one of your branches and they said there's nothing they can do cause the warranty & the insurance was due in March this year 2021. It's only been a year using this TV and it's now dead.”
