“Well, these people must be a scam or they just have really poor customer service. I ordered my plates a week ago and they have not shipped. I emailed the support line and I didn't receive any feedback on my order. I verified myself and did all the above and no one can tell me why my plates have not been shipped yet. I need my plates prior to ranges, which is in 1 month. So far, not a great experience. Plates might be amongst the best, but their customer service isnt.”
