“Very quick service with minimal packaging. I have been buying Astaxanthin from my local healthfoods shop but they stopped selling it so I went straight to Higher Nature. Thank goodness! I thought it had been discontinued! Never discontinue please! Love these!”

“I have been with H N now for well over 10 yrs, and have been happy with all my purchases, the only thing they must work on is keeping their promises to "let us know when the out of stock items are now in!! It has never been fulfiled for me. apart from that they are excellent!! Well done, keep it up!!”

“As a long term customer of Higher Nature, I have been very disappointed with them for some time. Far too many products are just not available and there is a lack of openness as to what exactly is happening and why. I do not believe this is the fault of customer services. I don't think they are given much information to pass on. Whilst I understand the desire to maintain high standards, in terms of quality of ingredients etc, one does wonder what is happening when you actually cannot buy the product at all.”
