“Beware. I would not have a subscription as you are not then eligible for any offers on your products. I would have saved over twice as much when my product was sent as it was on offer for a much bigger discount. I complained and was given the old argument of check out T&C's. Loyalty is not rewarded.”

As advised by a member of our customer service team our customers are more than welcome to suspend their subscription at any time and then benefit from any special offers available out side of their subscription discount. “I like your products and the service is quite good, but I was shocked that the membership has gone up in price by 50%, hence my rate of only 3 stars. I shall have to think very carefully if I want to continue buying from you once my membership expires.”

“Used to be very good and reliable but now doesn’t keep things in stock. I can never order the pills I want in the size I want and end up having to order more smaller sizes which cost me more.”

“With my optician's approval I have used Higher Nature Visual Eyes for about twelve years, since I was first diagnosed with Age Related Macular Degeneration. At the age of 80 I now also have cataracts forming in both eyes and glaucoma in one eye, but my sight is still good enough to drive according to my recent test at Specsavers. I have found obtaining the supplement automatically from Higher Nature every month reliable and really convenient.”
