“* I like the amazing quality of many products * good delivery time frame * reasonable packaging material that protects the goods inside (not too many layers) * good membership discount * dark blue plastic jar not only distinctive colour but as well as providing protection of the contents I would welcome any further/higher discounts on my future purchase as I have been a very loyal customer.”

“Higher Nature products are, from my experience, always high quality. There are also a number of nutritionalists available to give free advice. Becoming a member saves you a lot of money if you are a regular customer.”

“i always get good service from Higher Nature. However I have been disappointed by one gap in product and service. I have used your H factors for years. It seems it has been out of stock for over a year now. I left my details twice to be informed about when it will return. I haven't heard anything, not even a timescale for recommencing stocking or a note to say its discontinued. Once I spoke with a staff member who said to use Co Q10 as an alternative??? That didn't seem a reasonable match to me.”

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to review. We too are frustrated with the stock issue's we are experiencing with the H Factors. Unfortunately the date for these has been moved back by our manufactures serval times and at the moment we are still waiting for an official date to be confirmed. If you are on our contact list, as soon as it does come back into stock you will be the first to be notified. All alternatives are offered by our nutrition team and we do have a nutrition advice service which we will be happy to schedule you an appointment for further advice about the alternatives. “HN is now a distant relative of what once it was. And definitely not for the better. Vitamins missing for months, some not available anymore and other little annoying things like not sending the paper bill with specified the cost of each vitamin. I have asked for this repeatedly, even just to put the prices in the confirmation of order as a mail. But nothing, even last week, although the lady who took my call said she would put a note on my account the vitamins arrived without the prices. I Buford my daughter in law as well and recently I have to look on line in order to know how much her bill is. I am disappointed.”
