“I have been ordering supplements from Higher Nature for many years. They are always reliable and I believe their products to be be of a very high standard. I have ordered items for friends and have no hesitation in recommending them. I wish the Nutrition Helpline was still available because it was always reassuring to speak to someone rather than communicate by email but understand why they had to discontinue it.”

“I have always found the staff most helpful but the website is harder to find one's way around. At nearly eighty years old I am finding the change of names of the supplements difficult, some have changed more than once.(Pro-Daily)”

“Always had good service from these people and prompt delivery as well as well packaged. Only gripe is not yet been able to process money off voucher so had to ring order through. Maybe the team need to address that one.”

“Products arrived 2-3 working days after ordering. HN used to advise when orders are dispatched but they have stopped doing that which is a pity. It’s useful to have that information.”
