“Always answer the phone. Able to find my details quickly. Know the expiry dates of items to be sent. Help me to obtain the best discount available to me. The £9 annual membership pays for itself quickly.”

“Service and supplements good BUT I WONT BE HAAPPY UNILT YOU BRING BACK THE MONTHLY LEAFLET. Staff keep telling me it is still being considered but have been saying this since lockdown!!! Not good enough for a customer who has been buying rom you for years!! G. Connell”

“Higher Nature has always provided excellent product....but I am waiting for True Food Wise Woman to be reinstated. It was withdrawn a while back..not good for customer service ..”

Thank you for the review. We're sorry that True Food Wise Woman is out of stock at the moment. There have been many difficulties sourcing ingredients for some of our products. These difficulties have been caused by a number of issues affecting the world at the moment – with the aftereffects of Brexit and the current Ukraine war all posing their different troubles. And as Higher Nature are not going to compromise on the quality of the products that are manufactured this has caused supply issues while we try to come to a resolution.
