“I have been a customer of Higher Nature for many years.If my memory serves me correctly,the Optimum nutritionist,Patrick Holford supported their products as did an elderly doctor/nutritionist,sorry his name escapes me,whose clinic I attended many years ago.They also were instrumental in promoting colloidal silver which I believe was researched and then made available in the public domain by one of their own nutritionists.I only gave a 4 star rating this time as I was unable to buy the effervescent magnesium tablets normally available which provide not only a refreshing drink but give my adrenals instant support when needed.”

“Very pleased with phone ordering service and delivery by royal mail as couriers cannot even find my block and dont know the porch entry code. Whereas Royal Mail postman delivers post every day and knows door entry code - so very stress-free for me”

Sadly, due to increases in costs and difficulty sourcing high quality ingredients we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue some products from our range until we find a solution. “been using MSM from higher nature for 20 years. First bought this in Fresh and Wild in London before its take over by Whole Foods. i have bought other cheaper prodcuts in that time and have recently come back to Higher nature again for trust and quality.”

“I have a "subscription order" on one product. Recently my membership expired but the automatic order continued so I have been charged postage. I am not happy about this. You should have reminded me that this would happen, or continued with free postage. The subscription system is really good but not if it results in high postage charges for small items.”

We have had a look in to your account and can see that you have opted out of receiving emails from us so this would be why you did not receive a reminder from us. Although you have opted out of receiving emails, you should still be receiving order confirmation emails for your subscriptions where the breakdown in costs is clearly shown.
