“I have been a customer of Higher Nature for several years and have always found their products to be of a high standard. Their customer service is excellent. I understand that it's been difficult in recent months to obtain supplies of certain items, and though I find this a little annoying, I know it is a universal problem.”

“When I started my vitamins with Higher nature, I was pleased with the true food and the price of the vitamins. Later when it changed hands the price was higher and often some vitamins were missing. I didn't like the sealed jars that were hard to open. Slowly I found a better vitamins Good bay higher nature.”

“I give a 4 rating as your products are good but True Food Wise Woman has been unavailable for many months. There is no advice as to when it will be available again. This is disappointing and poor customer service. If you don't plan to sell this product again, please say so.”

“Easy to order, prompt delivery, but a shame that we cannot receive orders abroad. Prices need to be watched and special deals should be more frequent, particularly for loyal clients. Happy New Year and keep up the good work! Thank you”

“Higher Nature products have always been very good quality. I have been using them for years but it is a pity that you seem to have discontinued so many products. That's the only reason I have given you 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Prompt delivery but I'm disappointed at the time it's taking for B12 powder to be back in stock. This has never happened before. Also, the offers never seem to rotate these days. It was better before the take over”
