Upon my inquiry about this page with hsp that why they didn't solve the problems about these users, they confirmed this is not their page at all and made by a competitor so they will not be able to respond here. I then verified it with a shirt company in Thailand when hsp emailed me the site of that shirt company which a competitor (sadly not in business anymore) made up the reviews. Hsp mentioned their original review page is on techmorereview/site jabber where I can see hundreds of reviews about them and they responded to them to find the solution. Genuine users don't review here as they always want a solution if there are issues which hsp can provide in other platforms only as they mentioned. I am writing this here because I see most of the reviews are targeting european guys or something unusual but I am in the US (west coast) and my friend is also from the US who has also received the order from them recently. So why no reviews for US deliveries here other than me writing here? Hence, something's not right here.I did receive my order from them which had been shipped to me earlier this month to the states in 17 days. I paid using a single amazon giftcard and they confirmed the order the same day. I got the tracking id the next day in the dashboard. If you need delivery tracking details then just dm me if it's possible to do it here as I don;t get an option to upload images.I took some time out to write about them because I received good service and this is just my two cents. SO I WAS SKEPTICAL SEEING THIS PAGE ABOUT HSP INITIALLY AS IT DIDN'T MATCH WHAT MY RELATIVE MENTIONED ABOUT THEM AND UPON INQUIRY WITH THEM, THEY SENT ME NUMEROUS PAGES AND THEIR ACTUAL REVIEW PAGES HAVING HUNDREDS OF REVIEWSÂ AT TECHMOREREVIEW AND SITE JABER. IT'S NOT THEIR PAGE AND THIS WAS A PAGE OF A SHIRT BRAND AND A COMPETITOR TOOK IT TO PLAY AROUND. I TRUSTED THEM AND GAVE A TRY WITH A SMALL SAMPLE PACK AND TRUST ME THE ORDER ARRIVED INTACT IN JUST TWO WEEKS. THIS SITE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO POST LI NKS OR ELSE I COULD I HAVE POSTED HERE. THIS IS JUST MY TWO CENTS.”
“I got my product. It's a fake review page when I saw there is no reply to the any comments I understood, however they have replied to each reviews in other sites. Upon emailing them, I received the below reply and hence I can keep my trust on them:
