“I am finding Hiplok a really convenient way to carry a more heavywieght bike lock around. I find wearing round my waist much more comfortable than having it in a rucksack on my back; and if you are frequently locking up and unlocking its much easier not to have to keep taking off you rucksack to store/retrieve it.”

“The products I purchased are of high quality. I found multiple uses for the megachain, including securing my e-scooter and using it for training. The shipping process was initially a bit unclear as I did not receive a tracking number, so I contacted support and subsequently received it. After delivery, I had some questions for Hiplok support, and they answered them professionally. I will certainly be purchasing more products from Hiplok should I have additional needs in the future. I hope they will develop a lock that can be used around the house, perhaps for my workshop or for lockers in changing rooms. I would also like to offer a suggestion that could potentially help Hiplok acquire more customers. It would be beneficial if customers could log in to the website to view their order history and status, as well as the warranties activated for each item. Additionally, a points system where customers could earn points through purchases and activities, redeemable on future purchases, would be a welcome feature.”

“Very pleased with the lock itself. However I am frustrated that the "eyelet" of the key is narrower and smaller than any other key I have. This means it is the only one of about different 20 keys I have (including padlock keys, bike lock keys, door keys etc) that has a "eyelet" in the key too small to fit into any of the common key organisers or managment systems like keysafe etc. This is irritating as it makes it the only one that jangles around messily outside my keyring and has to dangle on it's own keyring by necessity.”

“Good value when you choose the twin pack deal although only available in Grey or Red colours.
The Airlock is quite large, not too heavy, however it's easy to fit on the wall which is good if you are installing above eye height.
It appears to be quite secure and won't easily be broken by anyone trying to steal your cycle.”

“Bought the Hiplock DX1000 and mega chain as a package, what great value. The DX1000 is impressive, the mega chain is huge. Great peace of mind having that much metal protecting my bike. Have since bought an X chain to use when away from home with the D Lock.”
“The lock and mega chain look very solid and don’t disappoint. The packaging (busted cardboard box)and logistics (GLS, from Ireland via Germany to the Netherlands) however were pretty bad. It took forever for my order to arrive. The Company really should do better.”
