FedEx were due to deliver your order on 02/01/26 but have stated there was an issue with your address. We'll get in contact with you to confirm the address so any corrections can be made if needed.
“I made an order to be delivered in Belgium on November 30th. It's December 16th today and I have no clue of when I will receive the product. What can I say about it? It's frustrating. When I buy stuff from China I get them in 5-6 days.
I contacted the support, who told me that they cannot even check when the courrier will deliver my parcel. Really disappointing.
Therefore, I cannot say anything about the product. I keep waiting to be able to use it and evaluate it.”

Unfortunately our EU warehouse team have experienced delays a little longer than expected over the Black Friday and Holiday period. While we can track the order, we cannot see an expected delivery date earlier than you can. Checking the tracking it looks like the parcel has now been delivered this morning so we do hope this has reached you safely. Once again, we're very sorry for this delay and any inconvenience caused.

“I've seen the videos. It is obviously a very good lock. I have now moved to France and my insurer requires a lock rated by SRA (Sécurité et Réparation Automobiles), which this is not- so I had to buy a presumably inferior lock to get my insurance.
I've rated the Hiplok as "good" because of that. If it were SRA approved I'm sure it would be a "very good"”

“I purchased my Hip(velcro)Lok about 20 years ago, it was expensive at the time but was advised that a good bike lock should cost upto 10% the value of the bike. My Hiplok was 6% the cost of my cycle.
MY HIPLOK HAS FAITHFULLY SERVED ME FOR TWO DECADES.
About two years ago, the velcro material started to get wornout, so I contacted Hiplok and purchased just the new the velcro portion of the lock. It was easy to assemble.
I have no doubt that my Hiplok will last another two decades. The product is EXCELLENT, convenient, secure and stylish too.”

“Bought some Hiplok JAWS whilst they were 2 for 1 so I could store my 4 Bikeability training bikes over the winter allowing me to utilise more of my garage floor. After some initial issues, due to me not reading the manual first, I had them all installed and just needed to add a timber batten to the floor to stop the wheels moving as the heavier bike did fall out once but using the floor batten kept the bikes in a more vertical position and therefore batter balanced. The team at Hiplok provided excellent advise on fitting them giving me the confidence to buy them so I wasn't disappointed when they arrived in 2 days. Highly recommend the company and their products.”

“The overall quility is great, the lock isn't too heavy that I can't bring one with me with my e-bike or motorcycle. It have a thick rubber coating which is nice to stop scratching my motorcycle wheels and when locked it's very secure. I can not conifrm how secure it is when attacked but having all the videos showing how good it is, is very reassurring.
I got the smaller of the two avaliable x2 which is perfect size for when using a chain, or a small e-bike to lock to a pole.”
“Well made pouch with easy access and connections to the bike delivery was not so speedy as hiplock took a while to get the product to the delivery company good job I wasn’t in a hurry for it! Great product though”

“Excellent, robust disc lock. Bought this to use along side my DX1000 which is an absolute beast of a u lock. Both locks are on the expensive side, but, if you own a bike of say £10000+ the expense is more than worth it. Full marks to Hiplok for bring these to the market.”
