“Jo was very helpful and informative in setting up the account and April pricing structure was significantly cheaper than rival health providers.”

“I rung April UK as I wanted to change my health insurance company. I spoke to Jo who was very helpful and honest on what April could and couldn't do for me as I have a pre existing condition. I appreciated the explanations in plain and simple language without making me feel silly if I didn't understand. Follow up emails and paperwork arrived promptly and when expected. The follow up call to check I did have everything and if I had any questions was also a pleasant surprise.”

“Having sent my request for a claim for to the wrong address, it was forwarded onto the correct address very quickly A follow up call from me was dealt with quickly and effectively. Responce to payment was quick and easy for my optical cover”
