I have just completed a five day counterbalance forklift training. I started Monday apprehensive about what to expect, let me say all the employees from the receptionist to the trainers made the week a very welcoming and pleasurable learning experience. I knew nothing about forklifts but now I have gained confidence and the ability to use them. This is down to a very good and patient trainer, constantly reviewing progress and repeating processes, thank you Paul and all at HLT. See you for my refresher! Andy.”
