Disgusted with there customer service.
Highly disappointed..
Delayed delivery, returns cancellation and refund policies are pathetic.
Got the wrong delivery center address so couldn't do d self pick up.
Nobody from the HnM or delivery partner could give me the exact status of my parcel.
And 24hrs deadline to revert kept on extending to almost forever but no solution.

I asked him what kind of system is that which is down for returns only and good for buying and exchange and if they ever put system down information online so people can read it before coming all the way.
