My first experience ordering on-line from H&M went very well. I had a question about an item and called their customer service. I didn't have to jump thru hoops to speak to a representative...a Real Live person actually answered after a very short wait. When my order arrived, I was extremely pleased at the high quality of each item and the sizing was perfect! I will order again in future, for sure.

Though the tracking showed that my order was delivered, I hadn’t received my order. I contacted H&M customer service and Lisa was able to help me. She was patient, caring and helped to the best of the her ability. Truly appreciated Lisa’s help.

I went to the H&M store at Mantri mall,in Bangalore today I was looking for a tote bag and couldn't find any,this was until I met Megha,a sales executive at your shop.She helped me find a bag of my choice and also helped me to find several other clothes which I could never find on my own.Kudos to Megha...she is an asset to your organisation.Very well behaved ,patient and good natured.Tganks again for the wonderful service :)
