I went on Saturday for framing and matting a design I have. The team over there was so helpful and creative that I went back again on Monday with two new design to frame and matt. Big shout to Melea and her manager Anne. Both are awesome. Oh ! there was a another lady, she look Hispanic and she was equally helpful. Thank you all so much. Melea has good color perception in matting the portrait. Thank you again.

I purchased 2 small baskets and 1 large three days ago. The large did not fit so I tried to return it today! Because the price tag is mostly torn off (which it was when I bought it and a manager had to get the price for my cashier) now with a receipt and 3 days later I can’t return it! I very rarely return anything anywhere I really think about my purchases! This is disgusting to me! I will never shop at Hobby Lobby again!

My first time at Hobby Lobby and I would definitely take the ride out again (only about 25 mi.). Better then Michael's in my opinion. I am an avid beader and found everything I needed. Lower prices also. Customer service was excellent. GO!

December 22, 2020. My experience at Hobby Lobby in Gastonia, NC was not a very pleasant one. The discount signs they have placed in different areas of the store can be misleading at times. When I attempted to question the cashier about a particular item that I thought was on sale, she brushed me off as if I didn't matter. So, I spoke with an associate at the door and she explained to me about the discount signs. Signs are randomly placed throughout the store. This does not mean where they are placed, those items are on sale. You really must read the fine print. I accepted her explanation and thanked her. She responded by saying, "Have a good day hon." Emphasis was put on the word hon and spoken in a sarcastic manner. This was an unnecessary and unprofessional way to address a customer! I had not been rude to her and expected the same treatment. As a consumer, I have a right to ask a question about discount advertisements. I will not be returning to Hobby Lobby in Gastonia. Instead, I will shop at Michaels. They have great sales and respectful employees.

Customer service was ruined by cashier, Aliyah C. She never acknowledged my presence. No greeting, no thank u. However, the person behind me got the customer service that I expected. She was not a minority. Overland park store, kansas, 119th metcalf

Went to Hobby Lobby to buy three pieces of felt. Stood in line for 30+ minutes because Hobby Lobby has the slowest checkout I have ever experienced. And, of course, they had few cashiers as well. It was an altogether horrible experience and I will never go back.

I went to a Hobby Lobby with my mother and had a horrible experience. There were multiple customers not wearing masks, including one rude lady who called me “childish” because I was talking to my mother about masks, and the employees did nothing. A cashier told us flat out that they don’t tell customers to put on masks. Aside from all this, some of the ornaments we liked at looked low-effort.

I like hobby lobby at KOP. But I Was looking for fabric the woman who was working there was degrading, demeaning and discriminating because of how I look when I went in the store. I want my discount 80% She said" oh you know your math" and I replied that I am a nurse and I can count . The way she responded was not appropriate. Staff should not judge people and be treated with respect regardless on how they are dressed coming to store. Please educate your emoloyees.

I am currently standing in line at store #73 where I have in line for almost 20 minutes.. There were only 2 check out persons available.. Of course there were lots of employees milling around restocking their showcases.. This is my last time at this particular location.

The employees that work there are very rude. I purchased two Pez dispensers at $1.99 each. With tax that would have been $4.31. So, this is what the girl said I owed. I hand her $10.31. Then she looks at the money and said this is what your giving me. It's $3.98. I told her you said $4.31. She just looked right at me and didn't say anything. And then gave me my change back. No apology. As I guess on those particular items come up as food so no tax. She was very rude. I find a lot of the employees are very rude. And I thought Hobby Lobby was a Christian affiliated store.

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon very few customers in store. Many cashiers standing waiting for a customer to go through their line. I had a return, a women with a full cart stepped in front of me to cash out and she had no return. I was holding a table that I wanted to exchange for one that was not damaged. Instead of the cashier suggesting to the women to go to one of the other cashiers standing doing nothing she rang her up. I asked if one of the other cashiers could help me she said no. I waited and when it was finally my turn I told her I wanted to exchange the table She asked me if there was another one in the store. I told her I didn’t know and didn’t want to walk around the store looking while holding a table. She would not even ask an employee to look for me. Finally I asked her to call someone. Someone came over walked down one aisle said no they don’t have anymore. I asked if another store might have one and he told me to call. I asked if he could call and he said no. I can understand if they were busy but there was only a hand full of people and many employees standing around waiting for a customer. I had spent over $150.00 two days before.I will go across the street to Home Goods from now on and will be returning everything! Very poor service all around !!!!!

Melissa at the Green Bay store went above and beyond to help me with my framing project! She was so cheerful and helpful! Even offered to help me to the car!

Excited to get them, and could not wait to start my little project. Sadly I had to put that project on hold because two of the shelves were obviously chipped and the wood had splintered corners, What's worse Customer Service said that this was not considered poor quality, natural wood products are supposed to be smooth, not chipped, to replace items I would have to pay costly shipping to return, : (

I purchased an item that unbeknownst to me (and the cashier)was damaged-as soon as I opened up the wrapping-I went to Hobby Lobby with the receipt and they refused to exchange for an undamaged item-claiming that if it left the store then a damage return was not an option and even implied I broke the item-so for a $7.49 item -they have lost thousands of dollars from me-I will never walk into that store again and the manager? She needs to find another job if anyone else would hire her. This is what they call a "Christian" company?

They refused to let me checkout without a face covering. Even though every Governor mask mandate that I know of includes an exemption for medical reasons, which I have,Hobby Lobby didn't care. I will take my business elsewhere.
