“What a great experience! A close friend of mine drew the most amazing charcoal on paper African landscape I've ever seen and gave it to me for Christmas. Obviously, I wanted it to have a really special frame, but I had been disappointed by another local custom framing shop, so I decided to try Hobby Lobby. I was greeted warmly by Tara in the Framing Department, who immediately took an interest in my artwork and made some fantastic suggestions for the frame and mat. The finished product was completed two days early and FAR exceeded my expectations. Everything about it is perfect and I am so delighted to have it hanging in my home where family and friends can enjoy the amazing artwork that is enhanced and preserved by the skill and craftsmanship of Tara and her colleagues at Hobby Lobby.”

“Love Hobby Lobby but I was told you will no longer have in stock Jesus Loves Me Ribbon but you do carry plentyyyy of RainyRibbon. Doesn’t make sense. Well Amazon carries it.”

“Thank Goodness!!! They got rid of crazy coupons and just offer weekly discounts. At Joanna you spend so much time at check out only to find half the coupons don’t work for some reason. Good Job (again) Hobby Lobby in taking care of your customer!!”

“I went on Saturday for framing and matting a design I have. The team over there was so helpful and creative that I went back again on Monday with two new design to frame and matt. Big shout to Melea and her manager Anne. Both are awesome. Oh ! there was a another lady, she look Hispanic and she was equally helpful. Thank you all so much. Melea has good color perception in matting the portrait. Thank you again.”

“I was at the store in Virginia, MN today and had a wonderful experience! I needed some photos custom framed, wasn't sure how to even start. Dani, a Co Manager, came to help me. She had patience and kindness, she helped me out. She had them ready for me in about an hour. Was very pleased with her service! Always have a great experience at this store! I'm looking forward to my next project I need help with.”

“I was putting together a scrapbook for my husband who is retiring and had difficulty assembling it. I went into the Foothill Ranch store and asked for help. I was greeted by Alma, an employee, and I explained my problem. She called Barbara the assistant manager, who immediately came to help out. The two employees were so helpful and accommodating! What a wonderful experience!”

“I love this store. The ambient is very relaxing and the music is wonderful. The aisles are always updated and the customer service is great. Many times they helped me with my protect. Prices are great and you can download the app for discounts on the items not in sale. The merchandise is really nice and the shelves are well stocked. All the employees are willing to help you. A place to take a walk and get some inspiration for your next Proyect. I highly recommend to buy here. The environment is so good that I asked a client for her opinion and she was happy to be part of my project. Thank you”

“Found everything I needed in the Panama City, FL store. I had one item from a 50% off shelf that actually was not on sale. The cashier, Matthew, was so kind in explaining that the signs posted did not include tabletop items. He asked if I might have a 40% off coupon which reminded me to pull-up one on my phone. I am a visitor. But if I ever return, I hope Matthew is my cashier. He gets an A+.”
