“I have been frequently going to the Hobby Lobby store in Ft. Worth, Presidio location for over two years now. I became a frequent customer when I started my art business, "Art by Ana." I want to praise two of the ladies in their framing department. Both Tiffany and Summer have become friends; they help me make color choices when framing my art. They are knowledgeable and competent, with excellent artistic skills. But besides being great at what they do, they always welcome me with a smile, regardless of how busy they are. They are always friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. I want both Tiffany and Summer to know that I am always appreciative of their willingness to help me, especially with meeting my deadlines. You ladies are the best, and I hope you get a raise! 🙏🏼❤️”

“I have to say every employee I have encountered at Hobby Lobby in Lombard on Roosevelt are wonderful. Never have I been in the store and met a rude employee. I recently went to the framing the department. The patient welcoming service I received from Leo in the department made me again - appreciate the employees they hire.”

“Hobby Lobby Employee Ilene was extremely helpful; she went above and beyond my expectations. In today’s world, it seems like everyone is too busy to care about customer service; but not with Ilene. I came to get a mat for my picture I bought from a local artist earlier in the day. When I came to Hobby Lobby I was greeted by Ilene with a smile and a genuine interest in meeting my needs. Ilene listened intently about my request and told me that she would have it in 20 minutes. I told Ilene that I want her to do her best and that I would come back to the store when it was finished. Ilene took my number and I left the store. I barely got out of the store before Ilene came running out calling me back into the store and telling me that she had finished with my request. When I got to the counter, Ilene brought out my picture with the new mat she had installed and I was overwhelmed at the quality of job Ilene completed. Ilene is a great employee and positive asset to the Hobby Lobby Corporation. In my opinion, she would make a great manger in the future. Great job Ilene and thank you!”

“I had a problem with the way my picture looked after framing it . It took 2 weeks to complete the project. I brought it back not very satisfied with the end results. Amy McDowel waited on me at the Grand Jct store. She went out of her way to make things right with me with an excellent attitude. Thank u Amy for your Customer Service skills that speaks volumes, I will shop here again because of her.”

“Fabrics dept. has a most helpful and truly kind person. Brenda helped me to quickly get the material measurements for my first baby quilt. She was so knowledgeable and disarmed me totally about the frustration of having to make this quilt for my great grandson. I thank y’all for the warmth and smiles. This my favorite place to shop for everything I need and more . God Bless !”

“The custom framing dept, associate name Janet helped tremendously with my canvas questions, she provided all kinds of options she was very kind and helpful and to top it off she did it the same day within an hour my order was done and I was very happy. “The framing department is absolutely fabulous. Jay and the young lady that work there that helped me on various projects that I knew would be difficult to frame because they were fabric embroideries. I had six large embroideries that they framed for me and they looked absolutely fabulous when I went to pick them up. I asked them what they thought I should use for matting colors to go with my project and they offered insight and suggestions that made me feel really comfortable with decision that I made. I couldn't be happier with them as they went that extra mile and the outcome is absolutely beautiful. My thank you to the framing department.”

“Visited the Selma NC location and Drake was stocking the isles. He seen us looking at Christmas trees and asked if he could help. He took our selection to the front counter so we did not have to try to shop with the tree in the chart. He was up front when we were checking out and brought the tree over to our checkout. He also was very quick when we asked for an item that was high on the shelf. He came with a latter and smile. Offered if he could help with anything else. Refreshing to see someone with such great customer service and willing to help. As other employees in the store walked right by us and never made eye contact. Great job Drake.”

“I shop at the Newark Hobby Lobby often. There is a employee there and her name is Toni. Toni is very kind helpful and very knowledgeable about her store. Hobby Lobby needs to know what a awesome/ great employee they have there. She knows where every item is when asked and she also can help more than one person at a time. Toni is just great. Thank you for having such a great employee.”

“I went today with 4 framing projects, all requiring special attention! The person that deserves GREAT praise and Thank You is Isaac Zabalza-Valenzuela! He works at hobby lobby on the west side of ABQ, store #70! He is charming, incredibly GOOD at his job, pays attention to every detail, has great suggestions, listens to your needs and questions and answers them with his knowledge! He is an AMAZING asset to the framing department and will definitely look forward for his help in the next venture of framing projects! BRAVO to Hobby Lobby for a GREAT asset to your company! Ive attached 2 of the 4 pictures (still wrapped in store plastic), other 2 were personal friend pictures. Michelle”

“My wife’s glove compartment tension cord came apart and dealer wants to remove all of it and charge a big sum to fix it. I went to local h lobby and two ladies found a way to repair it with a simple part.. happy wife happy life!! Thankyou Sara and Amanda you are a great blessing!!”

“Cynthia, at the Altus, OK, location is the most amazing person, she goes above and beyond to help someone. Her customer service skills are personalized and excellent!!! “Store #260 in Columbus Georgia is fantastic! On 3-22-24 I took a puzzle to be framed. The sad part was there was one piece missing. I had opted to just leave it as is as to not draw more attention to it. Tracy, Kevin and Stuart were aware of this and noted it on the ticket. When I returned to pick up the framed poster……amazingly I could not locate the missing piece as I looked at the picture. They had camouflaged the missing piece so that it did not even appear missing. It was amazing! The shear fact that they took it upon themselves to make my puzzle picture perfect as possible meant a lot. That kind of customer service is just wonderful and why I love shopping this store. Thank you and have a fantastic day! I”
