“Very pleased with my purchase and at the right price. Perhaps an instruction is required just to say the lead from the interface to the keyboard is not included. As I had a lead it was not a problem.”

“I can buy these components cheaper direct from china. So why didn't I? Its simple. Hobbytronics have them in stock for pretty much next day delivery. They are high quality components, shipped correctly and with the back up of the Hc team. In comparison the best I can get from China is 2 months delivery ( which may actually never happen) of PCBs that are non plated through knock-offs. Hobby craft is my first port of call for application critical components like these.”

“I like your usb master board which I have used in a data logging application (storing stuff onto a flash drive). Your market for this is clearly raspberry-pi/arduino because nearly all the support is for those. My application uses neither of those and for me the spec could have been better. I did get it working though and I didn't bother posting questions on the wiki/forum (although I still might) so it's not really much of a complaint.”

“I purchased some regulators on hobbytronics and they never came. I checked I entered the right shipping address and the status said shipped with royal mail first class. That's annoying but fine I thought. However, when I then contacted the listed customer service email asking for the shipping ID, they didn't get back to me.”

I am sorry there has been a communication issue here. We had some problems with the filtering of our email system a week or so ago and it might be that your email was filtered into the 'Junk' in error.
