“Delivery time ridiculous 12 days to start with then extended to another 12 days for cutter wich I've paid £350 First and last order from them”

“Hochanda customer services are very poor I still have items not fit for purpose they are very quick to let your case drop in the hope you will get fed up dont follow up and resolve.... completely lost trust in them.”

“if i could give no stars then I would, deliveries take too long, parcels come with items missing and damaged - check special offer prices on the internet before you order. Customers service is a bit hit and miss some staff are clueless others are very good”
