“Excellent delivery and packaging. Very nice person I spoke to at customer service. Item arrived quicker than advised. This is my first time using Hochanda and I'm sure it won't be my last.”

“I had a slight problem whilst ordering on their website, and when I phoned Customer Services for help - the lady was SO helpful and sorted everything out for me very quickly. All in all a very pleasant experience.”
