“Easy as pie to book your favourite car park on line, once completed you have all the info needed in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, have used Holiday extras many times and can say we have never had a problem.”

“We booked airport transfers in Tenerife to and from our hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff - vehicle ready and waiting for us outside hotel on return. No problems - I would definitely use again.”

“All went well shame we weren’t on tarmac the car park was very muddy not what you want to be walking through or pulling suitcases through really needed your wellingtons on So on return we waited on the tarmac and hubby went and got the car because didn’t want mud all in my car Bus took a while to collect us around 30 minute wait But apart from that all was ok”

“Thought we booked car parking AT the Britannia Hotel, Newcastle as well as overnight stay. So when I went to type in our car reg on hotel iPad to say how long we were staying I wasn't sure if it was 16 days as away for 14 days... if you follow me.... I asked the receptionist and he said he'd check my booking and told me it was hotel stay only and car parking was in AIRPORT LONGSTAY and not hotel (like we had done before 🙄) so we had to pay an extra £5 for parking overnight. Then move car in the morning as that suited us with the bag situation) Plus the receptionist also said "I wasn't the only one who hadn't realised this and that's probably why the car park was so full" plus we had seen cars had "parking tickets" on them. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK AS YOU BOOK AND WHEN YOU GET TO THE BRITANNIA. It was very busy at the hotel with functions and the function people complaining about parking but only as they couldn't get near door!!!”

“The hotel was clean comfortable and in walking distance of the terminal. Whilst it took a while for my satnav to find Careparks once there the staff where very polite professional and happy to help. On my return my car was as I left it and no problems, would recommend this car park company to anyone flying out of Manchester”

“Premier inn very good. Carpark was was terrible first carpark was closed they sent us To Ringway jet3 who at first wdnt let us in. we were bk in for 0500am they got us down for 17 .00pm our flight was 9.35am l had paper wk to prove it. Aft much argument they let us through. But when we arrived back from hol we arr on time 07.00am on 5/12/23 they wldnt let's leave until we paid extra £15 even though we proof they were in the wrong tui192 tui193 will not be using this service anymore”
