“Absolutely outstanding Customer Service. I have used Holiday Extras before and have to say that I have NEVER been disappointed. On my recent trip, I accidentally entered the incorrect amount of passengers. Making the correction could not have been simpler and the changes could not have been easier. I would thoroughly recommend their products and services and feel extremely lucky to have found such a BRILLIANT, user friendly website. “Booking with Holiday Extras was easy and uncomplicated. Mid term car park is very convenient and the grace period for overstaying was very useful as our plane was delayed by several hours.”

“Jetparks 2 at East Midlands is very easy to use. We use it at least 6 times a year. Buses are regular and the bus drivers are friendly. No complaints at all.”

“I will never use this company again! Absolutely terrible service. Left us stranded at our destination as they had not received confirmation of our booking from the Spanish company despite holiday extras confirming my booking with me and even texting me the night before re confirming my collection details. Then they refused to honour their transfer guarantee”

“I have had previous good service but having arrived back at Stansted, initially Icould not find my car. We walked the meet and greet parking and eventually with a little help from entry staff we found the car wasting. Time distance and inaccurate details. It would have been better to park off site. The walking distance with cases was very unreasonable.”

“Poor transfer on arrival at Arrecife. It took nearly an hour before the transfer even left the airport. Large queues of people and not enough vehicles from the look of things. Better on the homebound part of the transfer but we will look at etting our own taxi next time.”
